Position Objective:
Manage the day-to-day and month-to-month Test and Evaluation Group, handling & prioritizing test requests, regular reporting-outs, developing new test methods and maintaining the Tech Center test equipment.

Primary Responsibilities
· Maintain Zero Safety level at the Tech Center and within the T&E Group.
· Manage Corporate and Industry Standards and Compliance within the group and at the Tech Center .
· Create and Manage the T&E organization’s objectives, goals, budget and headcount plans to achieve the objectives.
· Manage daily testing schedule and work of the staff and Tech Center .
· Understand Donaldson’s product lines, with an emphasis on Engine Products to effectively: Utilize Test Equipment, Test Methods, and Conduct Data Analysis.
· Conduct effective communication with all Donaldson R&D and Test & Evaluation teams to support the global and regional business and objectives.
· Hire, Train and Retain resources to work in the T&E Group and at the Tech Center .
· Continuous improvement in new systems and test methodologies and technologies.
· International travel to HQ and China
· Regular and Periodic telephone and face-to-face conferences with R&D director and HQ.
· Understand and implement process within the T&E Group and at the Tech Center .
Qualifications
· Management experience in engineering area for 3 or more years
· Over 10 years of engineering experience
· Degree of Bachelor/Master/Doctor of Engineering (Mechanical engineering or Chemical engineering preferred)
· Preferred an experience of working at foreign-owned company
